Who we are

This website is run by Pinge Electronics OÜ (registry code 16793853), Betooni tn 28c, Tallinn, Estonia. We decide how your personal data is used here. Questions about your data go to info@pinge-e.com or +372 5552 1684.

When you contact us or book

The contact and booking forms on this site open your own email program and send your message to info@pinge-e.com. We receive what you write: usually your name, email, phone number, rental dates, delivery address and anything you tell us about the rider. The same applies when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email.

We use it to answer you, to deliver and collect a rental, and to sell, service or buy back a vehicle. That is necessary to take the steps you ask for before a contract and to carry out the contract. Invoices and rental records are kept for as long as Estonian accounting law requires; other messages are deleted when we no longer need them.

Cookies

• pinge_lang remembers the language you picked. It is necessary for the site to work and lasts one year.
• pinge_consent remembers whether you accepted analytics. It lasts six months.
• Google Analytics loads only if you choose "Accept analytics". It sets Google's own cookies so we can see how visitors use the site and which languages they choose. Google may process this data outside the EU; see Google's privacy policy.

You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Videos and other services

Some pages show videos from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When a video loads, YouTube receives your IP address and browser details. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that conversation. Our web host keeps short server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only when we have to: with the partners who deliver or service your vehicle, with our accountant, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to info@pinge-e.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
