We’re opening an important role at Pinge: COO / Head of Operations (Europe).
This person will own day-to-day operations across our European markets and work directly with our CEO to keep execution fast, reliable, and high-quality as we scale.

Role overview
As COO / Head of Operations (EU), you will:
- Run and improve daily operations across Europe
- Coordinate execution across teams and partners
- Build systems that keep operations predictable and scalable
- Act as a key point of contact for operational decision-making in the EU time zone
What we’re looking for
- Strong work ethic and high ownership
- Motivation and belief in Pinge’s mission (learn more: pinge-e.com/about)
- Fluent English (Dutch or Estonian is a plus)
- Sharp problem-solving and good judgment
Compensation
Compensation will depend on workload and scope. Our initial estimate is ~€2,500/month to start.
